However, we now know that it is possible to train it in order to develop some abilities such as stress management, concentration skils, listening skills, and handling one’s emotions, among other things. Thus, the ultimate goal of mental preparation is to improve one’s performances (in sports, in the workplace, …) in anticipation of a set deadline, thanks to a better understanding of oneself.
With her degree “ Mental preparation – Intervention and performance support” from Clermont-Ferrand University, Marion will be delighted to help you reach your objectives. Thanks to confidential sessions, focused on respect, listening, benevolence and dialogue, she will help you find solutions to the personal obstacles you may encounter.
At the heart of mental preparation are the difficulties linked to self-confidence and self-esteem, but also to emotional control (stress and frustration management, …), to motivation, communication and concentration. If you feel concerned by any of these difficulties, don’t hesitate to book one or several sessions.
Marion will use some techniques that you may use by yourself in the future: mental visualisation, attentional control, relaxation, heart coherence, inner dialogue, or emotional control.

As a graduate of a STAPS – Sports Training degree, Marion can answer your every needs, whether you are a beginner or a high-level athlete. Being keen on outdoors sports and training, she will show you specific exercises in the outdoors, for which you won’t need any equipment. Thus, you will be able to become autonomous in your practice and to train anywhere.
You find physical fitness, energy, strenghtening exercises, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, … interesting ? These are fields in which you wish to improve ? Mamaz is here to help you along the way, motivate you, and help you get better.

Taking the time to have the time
Taking some time in your day to find yourself, focus on yourself and listening to you is essential. Your body is a temple into which it is good to plunge in order to learn about yourself. Yoga is a discipline that combines physical and breathing exercises with moments of meditation and relaxation. Whatever your level, you will have the possibility to stretch and relax your body, all the while respecting your own limits and abilities.
Yoga and meditation will regenerate you, and help you improve your quality of life. The aim of our sessions is to help you relax and to get in touch with your senses and your body.
Marine will guide you in lessons adapted to your level and your desire. Between dance, stretching, yoga and meditation; there is a range of possibilities to make you progress and become autonomous in your practice of well-being.
Proximity to Nature is the first lesson to be received; knowing how to observe is already contemplating and no longer looking.
The same goes for meditation times. These daily moments anchor you and put you back in the center of your deep being. It’s up to you to choose the method that suits you during the meditation sessions.
It is vital to learn to listen to silence because it is where everything is said. No need for words for your body and your mind to communicate together; you belong to a great Whole.
